When placing an order on the website, after selecting the delivery method and payment method, you can select the delivery date on the next page.
- Delivery service and scope of delivery
- Home delivery service is only applicable to locations accessible by lift.
- If there are any parking charges or additional charges at the delivery address, all costs will be borne by the guest
- Applicable to commercial or residential addresses on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
- The delivery service is not applicable to same-day Scope of delivery orders, remote areas, outlying islands and restricted areas.
- Shipping Fee
- For orders with an amount of HK$800 or less, door-to-door delivery service charges range from HK$45-150 per order. Charges are based on weight.
- Enjoy free shipping when you spend a designated amount (no designated time period).
- Please select the correct region according to the delivery address. If the customer selects the wrong region, there is a chance that the delivery may not be delivered.If additional arrangements are required, MEATBLOCK HK reserves the right to charge HK$150 for shipping.
- If there are any parking charges or additional charges at the delivery address, all costs will be borne by the customer.If you have any questions about the regional division of the delivery address, please contact customer service.
- Delivery arrangements are not applicable to areas
- Delivery service is not available for same-day orders, remote areas, outlying islands and restricted areas.
- Remote areas include but are not limited to areas such as Tung Chung, Lok Ma Chau, Lantau Island, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.
- Delivery time
- The general delivery period is Monday to Saturday. SF EXPRESS will make an appointment with the customer.
- The delivery route will be arranged by the SF fleet based on the order and road conditions on the day. MEAT BLOCK HK cannot provide or guarantee the delivery time or the order of order delivery.
- The SF fleet will inform the approximate delivery time before delivering the goods and will contact the customer by phone 30 minutes before arrival. Please pay attention to the call to make arrangements for delivery.
- Arrangement for delivery within a designated time period (temporarily unavailable, please contact customer service staff if you have special needs)
- The delivery fee for designated periods is HK$200 per order.
- The designated time period is on an hourly basis, and customers can specify delivery between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm (15:00 - 19:00).
- Orders will arrive at any time within the selected time period. Please allow time to receive the goods during this period. Otherwise, the driver will charge additional waiting fees depending on the situation, or have the right to return the food to MEATBLOCK HK. No rescheduling or order changes will be made. and re-delivery.
- Bad weather delivery arrangements
- Delivery arrangements may change due to weather conditions. For details, please refer to Order Arrangements in Bad Weather.
- Missed items or wrong orders
- If there are any missed items or wrong orders, please contact the customer service staff via WhatsApp +852 5743 3003 within the day of delivery.
- MEATBLOCK HK cannot arrange replacement delivery or any compensation for orders with delayed notification.
- Change or cancel order
- Once all orders are paid, there are no refunds or cancellations.
- If you need to change the order information, an administrative fee of HK$200 will be charged.
In case of any dispute, MEATBLOCK HK reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the ordering arrangements, terms and conditions.
